Guests are screened to provide owners with quality renters and peace of mind that their investment will be well kept. The above mentioned damage insurance included on all reservations are always required and special requirements can be discussed with the Owner. Guests must complete a lease agreement (where applicable) including all occupants and ages and provide identification at the time of booking.
maintenance
As our company stemmed from property maintenance and management we have built a reliable network of trusted local vendors to provide additional service to our Owners. Maintenance services available are as follows; pool service, lawn and garden care, pest control, and exterior cleaning. Repairs both small and large go through a work order process and Owners can set dollar limits to “no approval needed” repairs.

Linen Service
As an optional service we can provide your guests with guaranteed clean, professionally laundered, linens and towels. It allows our cleaning service to focus on the cleaning of your home and less on washing, drying, ironing, and folding. Linen service also reduces the wear and tear on your laundry machines which can lead to costly repairs or replacement.
