Enough room for 6 people, charming gardens and elegant interiors await you at the Villa Viscaya. This vacation home also amazes with its quiet location by the canal. Thanks to the house facing westwards, you will get to see beautiful sunsets.
The Villa Viscaya has 4 bedrooms in total. 2 of them are equipped with king-size beds for the grown-ups, while the other 2 have single twin-size beds. In addition, there are 2 bathrooms and a guest bathroom. Of course, the villa features a washing machine, fast internet, telephone, hair dryer, flatiron and a garage.
The spacious living area forms the center of the house. Here, you can relax on the leather sofas and enjoy a movie night with your family. Right next door, you will find the kitchen with large refrigerator, oven, microwave, coffee machine and toaster, as well as a dishwasher, cutlery and knifes.
The living room has a dining table with 6 chairs, and another table is located in the pool area. Here, the Hawaiian Tiki Bar immediately catches the eye – perfect if you want to mix cocktails. And of course, there is a big, heatable pool. Placed around it are 4 sun beds that offer prime views of the canal.
Speaking of the canal Due to the access to the Gulf of Mexico, the Villa Viscaya is perfect for hobby skippers. Or do you want to explore your surroundings on land? Then just grab the villa’s bicycles. How about a 10 minute bike ride to Camelot Park with its family-friendly playgrounds? For a glimpse of Florida’s mangrove forests, you should head for nearby Glover Bight Trail. Grocery shopping is no problem thanks to the next Publix supermarket just a 5 minute car ride away. Alternatively, drive 1 mile to Cape Harbour, where 2 of Cape Coral’s most popular restaurants await you.
