Siesta Heron 2 / Bahama

Siesta Heron Suites & Inn offers a variety of cottages, designed to offer the traditional Florida vacation experience and includes our Bahama cottage. Offering one spacious bedroom, one beautiful bath, and a location just off the shore of Herron Lagoon, its casual ambience makes everyone who resides within feel comfortable and welcomed.

A cobblestone patio topped with a small table and chairs prepares guests for more of this welcoming hospitality that will be found inside. Open the door and step inside an open concept floor plan that reflects the charms of its Siesta Key location. A comfortable sofa placed opposite a state-of-the-art television opens up into a queen sleeper, ensuring that up to four guests will have a comfortable place to sleep during their stay at Siesta Heron 2.

The kitchen offers updated appliances, a shabby chic tin backsplash, and a Keurig coffeemaker for easy coffee making each morning and since k-pods can also offer cocoa or tea, every guest will be able to enjoy the beverage that makes their day shine brighter!

The sole bedroom is nearly the twin of the one in Antiqua, offering a brightly hued comforter that tops the king bed, and two lamps for extra brightness. Blinds on the window can be pulled closed for guests who aren’t firm believers of rising with the sun while on vacation.

Porcelain tiles designed to look like wood adorns the floor of the bath, and a single granite topped vanity offers plenty of space for guests to spread out all their toiletries. This unit offers a walk-in shower, tiled with the same wood grain tile that is on the floor in the rest of the unit, giving the space an island cottage-like feel.

Your Florida vacation is destined to involve a lot of outdoor time and the community pool, propane grills, and large deck that overlooks Herron Lagoon will continue the tradition. Lounge by the pool on sunny days or take it to the deck and bask in the warmth of the sun and the tranquility that accompanies lake side living. Beach cruisers are provided for your enjoyment and gear that can be used on the beach, including chairs and a cooler. Bahama is located about a mile from Turtle Beach and only three miles away from Siesta Key Beach, the main public beach, we can practically guarantee that no matter how comfortable our Bahama cottage is, you will be spending more time outside playing than inside relaxing! A on-site laundry room allows guests to travel light and save room for all the fabulous goodies they will be purchasing at Siesta Key Village!
