Luxurious vibes await you at the Villa Peninsula in Central Cape Coral. The quiet location by the lake is not the only reason to stay in this two-story vacation home. Its bright rooms immediately catch the eye – just like the charming fireplace (decorative only).
The Villa Peninsula is big enough for 5 persons and features 4 bedrooms, each with their own bathrooms, TV's and cozy sitting areas. The master bedroom with king-size bed is particularly spacious and provides direct access to the pool area. The 3 additional guest bedrooms are furnished with queen-size beds.

The center of the home is the spacious kitchen equipped with double oven, two sinks, refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The breakfast bar with seating for 5 is great for eat-in kitchen style dining, and the dining area just off the kitchen is great for a more formal setting. Of course, you can also dine on the porch and enjoy beautiful views of the lake. Here, a gas grill is available for your barbecue.
With its artificial waterfall, the pool is a true eye-catcher – just like the steaming jacuzzi. If you want, you can also soak up some rays on the sun beds or in the lounge area.

The living room is a perfect place for the whole family to get together. It boasts comfortable sofas, as well as a flat-screen TV with many programs and a DVD player. The home also offers an office with printer. You can wash and dry your clothes in the laundry room.
The villa offers direct access to the Seven Lakes Water System, an ideal spot for boating, kayaking and fishing trips. In addition to a boat dock, there are 2 Jet Ski stands. Motorists can park their car in the double garage. It only takes 2 minutes to drive to Del Prado Boulevard – a hotspot with many restaurants, shops and banks. And if you need to buy groceries, the supermarkets Walmart and Publix are only 10 minutes away.
