Offering 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and space for up to 6 guests to enjoy the modern conveniences and comfortable style found inside this relatively new build home, its creamy yellow stuccoed exterior provides a beautiful backdrop to the palm trees that sway in the breezes of the front yard. A cobblestone driveway leads guests into the adventure of a lifetime and this tour will provide a peek into the comforts and luxury that is a trademark of our RentTheKeys properties.

Double doors swing open to reveal an open concept floor plan filled with warmth and welcoming, and vaulted ceilings combined with walls of windows keep the spaces light and bright. The living room is the first stop on our tour of comfort, featuring a plush sofa set and a large flat screen television. A taste of Florida can be found in the dual palm frond ceiling fans hanging overhead, and the space stays bright from the light streaming in the wall of windows that can be opened to let the outside in.

Behind the sofa a compact office space contains a private desk that is the perfect spot to participate in virtual meetings or online schooling. An overstuffed chair provides an amazing place to sit, relax, and get lost in the adventures that take place between the covers of good book.

The dining room, tucked away in a corner of the open concept floor plan peers out over the front yard of Villa Bahama Bay. A sturdy table stained a dark mahogany is surrounded by chairs and benches that provide seating spaces for every seat in your traveling party.

Harnessing the energy of a farmhouse kitchen, custom cabinets, granite countertops, and stainless steel appliances add modern conveniences to your Florida getaway. Small appliances include a toaster and the all-important coffee maker, and although there is no breakfast bar for guests to gather at for morning meals and late-night snacks, a round glass table surrounded by cushioned rattan chairs makes a perfectly acceptable substitute!

The carpeted master suite is an exercise in comfortable luxury, showcasing a king bed that resides under a coffered ceiling from which a palmetto fan ceiling fan hangs. The television resting on the mahogany dresser opposite the bed is a thankful addition for travelers who have issues falling asleep without the sounds of their favorite sitcom lulling them into a deep sleep. This room offers a private entrance to the backyard entertainments center which we will discuss in more detail later on and the ensuite bath is designed to impress! Offering a walk in shower, dual vanities and centered by a deep and luxurious soaking tub, this room promises to be your favorite!

The second guest room of Villa Bahama Bay is anchored by a second king bed topped in soft linens that add tranquility to the space. Also offering a television and a private entrance to the screened-in lanai, this room shares access to the second bath with the 3rd bedroom and the rest of the house.

A queen bed takes center stage in the third and final bedroom, a room that faces the front of the home. The second bath features, previously mentioned, offers a walk-in shower and single vanity, ending the tour of the interior, but our outdoor loving guests should be made aware that the best is still to come.

The backyard of Villa Bahama Bay is a private oasis filled with everything that makes a Florida vacation special. Offering a screened-in lanai and multiple seating and dining areas, the star of this space is obviously the crystal-clear pool and attached hot tub around which all outdoor entertainment is centered. This family homes sits on one of the canals of Cape Coral and offers up a small dock with a thatched Papala table and two chairs, giving visitors the opportunity to secure the boat they rented at one of our local rental shops or push off in one of the two kayaks provided by the homeowner for guests use.

Optional Fees:
