Tile floors that feel cool beneath your feet lead the way to the living room of this elegant townhome, adding a modern touch to a room filled with high end furnishings, including a leather sofa set. The French door lets the light in while leading guests outside to a patio set up with a table and chairs that overlook the pool. But it’s the super-sized flat screen television connected to the major streaming services that stands out in this room, hanging on the wall directly opposite the nappable couch. Open to the kitchen which is bright and cheerful and proudly features stainless steel appliances, custom cabinets, and granite countertops that feel cool no matter what the temperatures are outside. Overflow seating for 3 help make the transition from living room to kitchen, with wicker barstools gathered at the breakfast bar, allowing occupants to continue conversations carried in both spaces at the same time. The private dining room can double as office space when necessary, but hopefully will only be used for fun things like dining or playing games. The 2 bedrooms are large spaces, with the master ensuite offering a crisp white framed bed, a beachy theme, and another flatscreen television. The ensuite bath is where you will find a glass walk in shower and separate slipper tub under a window that lets the breezes in while offering blinds to keep unwanted onlookers from peeking in as you sit, sip, and savor happy moments in the modern tub! The loft area, while not offering much privacy is the perfect place for kids, offering another tv, a book shelf filled with books, and a murphy bed that is comfortable and unique. The final bedroom, as you may have guessed by now, offers another television, a cheerful décor, and access to a bathroom that offers a walk in shower, the tile backsplash punctuated with an arched window that is frosted for privacy’s sake, but keeps the room light and bright.
