The cobblestone driveway creates a courtyard effect for the front entrance of Villa Cape Escape and as guests step inside the oversized glass and wood doors for the first time, the beauty of the interior will stun and amaze. Floors polished to a brilliant glow lead the way through rooms designed to impress, starting with the living area, delineated by columns, a coffered ceiling, and a crisp white sofa that centers the room. A modern fireplace is sunk into the wall opposite, topped by a 75-inch smart television and the entire space is surrounded by stunning views of the outside and all the other public spaces in this open concept floor plan. A wall of glass doors slide into each other, bringing the outside in and giving the beautiful space the feel of the tropics.

White walls, cabinets, and marble countertops give the spacious kitchen a crisp and exciting look while upgraded stainless steel appliances give the kitchen the function it needs. A center island offers a charming accent, containing a small sink that lets the chef of the day look out over the backyard oasis as he or she chops and cleans vegetables, and a large expanse of breakfast bar provides overflow seating for three happy guests.

Multiple dining areas inside and out ensure that all occupants will be well fed and provide more options for fun. Choose the wood table surrounded by comfy chairs located just outside the kitchen for meals and games or use the round table in the corner as a puzzle station, spreading out the pieces and teaming up with fellow travelers to try and complete the puzzle before heading home.

An accent wall of reclaimed barn wood provides a rustic contrast to the sophisticated comforts of the king bed and its upholstered head board. This large room is both comfortable and stylish, offering a separate entrance to the back patio, a supersized smart TV, and an en suite bath that will take your breath away. A dramatic tiled wall in the walk-in shower is overshadowed by multiple shower heads designed to hit all the achy parts of your body, but the deep and sumptuous slipper tub in the middle of the room overshadows everything else in the space!

Also on this end of the house is the second guest room, this one anchored by a queen bed offering a farmhouse charm with its white painted head and foot board. Every bedroom contains its own television as guests often like to fall asleep while watching their favorite streaming show and the bath off this room is a simpler version of the master bath, offering a sophisticated and equally dramatically tiled walk-in shower.

The bedrooms of Villa Cape Escape are split from each other, with two on one side and two on the other side of the house, and the 3rd bedroom, also proffering a queen bed, television, and bath that matches the 2nd bath is a tranquil and dreamy space.

Kids comforts are just as important as the adults in our RentTheKeys homes, and the fourth and final bedroom, although sophisticated enough to be enjoyed by friendly adults, is a children’s paradise. Offering a twin over full bunk bed and a desk where online schooling can be completed should travelers have decided to take the classroom on the road, this room also offers a television and bathroom, one that can be shared by the rest of the house if necessary.

A fully equipped laundry room with extra cabinets, counter space, and laundry sink completes the tour of the interior of Villa Cape Escape, but as might be expected, the best is yet to come as we head outside to the screened in entertainment center of this modern villa!

A screened-in lanai takes up the back expanse of the home, offering views of the waterway and private dock while keeping out the insects that could make tropical life uncomfortable. A large pool and attached hot tub is where much of our visitors at home time will be spent, surrounded by lounge chairs for those who really just want to nap and relax. Multiple seating and dining areas are tucked into the nooks and crannies of this spacious patio retreat and a gorgeous wet bar takes up center stage under another smart television, offering marble countertops, a sink, and a mini fridge to keep beers and wine cold. Grill masters will be unable to resist the shiny grill in the outdoor kitchen section of Villa Cape Escape and when meals are finished, access to the gulf to watch the sunset can be easily reached from boats that can be rented at any of our local boat shops.
